The treasurer or any other authorized member can create sales invoices in 4 easy steps:
- select the type of activity (fundraising/sales or meetings/member activities/membership fee) that you want to invoice
- verify the prices of each option/product
- push the “Prepare invoices” button
- push the “Create all invoices” button
Done! With one click an e-mail with the invoice can be sent to the customers. The e-mail will contain all necessary information (link to the invoice, the bank account number, and a structured message to perform automatic bank reconciliation).
You can even see when a customer has opened the link and has consulted his invoice.
For members it’s possible to group all their activity contributions into one invoice. This way the treasurer could for example generate quarterly invoices for the members.
