Associations use a lot of freeware tools like Dropbox, Doodle, Google suite, Microsoft suite, etc to organise their business. These tools covers all the association’s needs and are hard to integrate with each other. Therefore WeAreClub.net decided to build an integrated solution with a common look and feel that covers everything from registration, organizing, invoicing, financial follow-up, communication up until fiscal year closure.
You can of course use just one or two components of our solution, but you will find that the real strength of WeAreClub.net lies in the full integration of all work processes that are common in an association.

- has his/her invoices and an overview of unpaid invoices
- has access to all activity information

The treasurer can:
- register purchase invocies and assign the amount or a part of it to an activity
- invoice whenever he wants one or more activities (split between activities for social projects and those for members)
- register bank account statements or import them automatically
- consult unpaid purchase and sales invoices
- provide VAT reporting
The activity organisator:
- creates or copies from a previous activity
- manages the activity
- sends e-mails to prospects, members and/or participants
- has a full view of participants and payment status
The Website author can write documents and publish them on the public website.
